MATTHEW DONOWHO
PRINCIPAL
Matthew Donowho has over 20 years of experience in real estate and private equity, with transactions exceeding $650 million as a principal. Since 1997, he has led residential and commercial investments, founding several funds that acquired 1,400 homes across 12 states and tripled initial equity to over $110 million. His experience spans all major asset classes, including mixed-use, industrial, retail, hospitality, and office.
As a founding partner at Alto Vita, Matthew oversees investment strategy, financing, and deal structuring. He also co-founded Vail Commercial Group, specializing in nationwide value-add commercial investments, as well as Agile Funding, Listo Lending, Milo Funding, and other specialty lending platforms.
MARK CHRISTENSEN
PRINCIPAL
Mark Christensen brings over 25 years of experience in construction and real estate development, leading large-scale commercial, industrial, and institutional projects across the United States. Recognized for innovative project delivery and strategic partnerships, he founded Christensen Building Group in 2014 and built it into one of the fastest-growing construction firms in the country, with more than $500 million in completed projects.
As a founding partner at Alto Vita, Mark leads site selection, construction strategy, and partnerships, leveraging his expertise in design-build delivery, complex project management, and value engineering across multiple asset classes.
